To operate the streaming service and sync your preferences across devices.
To respond to your messages and song requests.

Third parties

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Audio streams are provided by third-party broadcasters; we do not control their data practices. Visiting a third-party site linked from our service (e.g. partner pages) is subject to their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@desiradioinaustin.com. You can also delete your account from your profile page, which removes your favorites, history, and profile data.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 7 days before they take effect.
