Desi Radio Austin provides a directory and player for streaming audio from third-party broadcasters. We do not own or operate the underlying streams unless explicitly stated. Stream availability and content are determined by the broadcaster and may change without notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use automated systems to scrape, mirror, or rebroadcast streams.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

All music and audio content remains the property of its respective rights holders. The Desi Radio Austin name, logo, and branding are our property. See our DMCA policy for copyright concerns.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, stream availability, or accuracy of show schedules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event will Desi Radio Austin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these terms.
